The team aren't worse.... Nobles tactics are.

In the second half when we dumped Nobles tactics we started to look promising and scored a couple of tries. Until he goes i feel that we will never take advantage of any attacking options in our squad.

In answer to the thread question: not even close, which makes it all the more laughable when people say this is the worst team they have ever seen. Some people really do have short memories.

Yet in the 2006 season our crowds actually went up.

It's not the results thats keeping (most) fans away, it's the performances!

I think the crowds went up not because of performances but because the Wigan public saw we were in dire straits and in serious danger of being relegated. I know of many who started going again simply because they thought they could help in their own small way by being there.
