Don't agree with the suggestion that Toronto would make championship top 4. Yep a fairly decent squad and yes they destroyed skolars as predicted, not being disrespectful to skolars but they didn't present much of an opposition and think a couple of early injuries made it harder for skolars. I would be dissapointed if we got turned over by them, tackle ff mm round the legs, close down QLT and Hall and they have very little else to offer.

lol; the irony of this thread title given the humiliating result (sorry Skolars). I guess we'll know for sure come 17/03, however I do think Toronto would be in the mix for the top 4 in the championship. Newly promoted Toulouse are already sitting in 4th place and whilst they dominated last year, I can't recall them posting many 70+ point winning margins away from home. Should be an intriguing cup tie......

So far this season 2 losses 1 to a very weak team in sheff, they only just beat fax.

I can see Toronto doing the same, going through the season with no losses or maybe 1 hiccup, then coming into championship and struggling away from home.

What was Toronto score against siddal? They didn't steam roller them! On plastic pitches they will go well, so they will be competitive against us, but let's see how they get on when they are playing in deepest Cumbria.

I reckon next year mid table championship, following year fighting for top 4
