I know it is early to be thinking about this but. People on other forums are beginning to talk about their choices for Championship Coach of the year.

John Kear has done well with little resources, Neil Jukes has done well. I myself cannot see past Andrew Henderson.

It would be nice for Hendo to win it and good recognition for the club. I would suspect it will go to someone else though, cannot have London winning it.

My big fear is he will be tempted away, its going to happen sometime. I just hope not yet.

Where is he going to go? He's not done enough to get a SL top job. He wasn't considered (it would seem) for the Hudds job.



Hasn't he moved his family to the south? He's on a good number here with full control of the RL in the south, full time players, committed chairman..........



As for COTY Kear you would think with the limited resources he has. Jukes 1 loss all season, Hendo 2nd in the league with 5 losses

Where would Hendo go? How about Leeds, where as assistant to the Aussie who will replace Brian Mac for next season.

The Aussie coach who is only going to stay for two years maximum, then Hendo steps up. Too good an opportunity to turn down.

You obviously know more than most of us - are you Mr Hetherington?

Unfortunately I expect Batley not to make the top 4, so probably not John Kear, although as we have nothing to win for but pride - which should be enough, especially after Sunday - anything is possible. Jukes then, given he's presided through some turmoil at Leigh and done a job as well (so far) as Paul Rowley. Of course this needs to be done and dustiest before we beat Leeds in the Million Pound game
