Mmmm, I can't see this squad as being better than last years, in fact it's considerably weaker.
Props, props our club for some props..............deja vu anyone?
Still, the bookies still seem to think the full-timers will come good by the end of the season, and they're rarely wrong over the long-haul.
My real worry is that we leave it all too late and can't close the gap we're allowing to open up.

It didn't look bad on paper for this league , and with a preseason! And there's still a way to go - a couple of wins, a bit of confidence builds and who knows? Here's hoping Hendo can knock them into shape.
Trouble is we may have some salary money with Cordoba, Foran and the other bloke gone but who is available to bring in? Looking like letting Krasniqi go was a big blunder, he never took a backward step.

Keal Carlisle has just been released by Hull KR, not sure what it'd cost to bring him south or pay for his commute or whatever, gotta be worth a look, he's a hooker but could easily play as a prop and he's only 24 and a family man and everything!.
