We've had a dream season as far as I'm concerned, and we lost a belting game of knock out rugby league. We made too many errors to win it though, so no complaints despite the ref giving us the dirty end of the stick all night

This whole forum is full of whiners at the moment, and when you try and have a proper discussion with them, they still p**s and moan at you.





You would think they would be proud of the way their team has performed over the course of the season, yet somehow all they want to do is complain about the referee and have a go at any non-Huddersfield fan posters.



Know a few Huddersfield fans and they are good folk who you can have a laugh with, but over the past couple of weeks reading this board, it's been quite an eye opener to see what some Hudds fans are really like. Being all uppity and arrogant about finishing top, calling Wire arrogant for choosing them in the club call, and then blaming the referee for being knocked out.

We are not having a go at any non-huddersfield fans, only those who have come on here purely to gloat about a loss (not about a win I might add). I dont think anyone on here is behaving as a bad loser, no one has blames the ref for yesterdays loss.

I didn't feel gutted actually, hugely disappointed that we didn't win that match because we could have done, we would also have won the grand final if Wire were out of the way too, but we can come out with our heads held high after that. We have had a great season and can now use this year as a learning experience for future seasons. It's been a great ride and i have enjoyed it !!

You could have but as you say well never know because your team wasn't good enough to get there.

..And the other's weren't good enough to finish top......see, it works both ways.

FWIW i'm more than happy with our achievements this year.

Finishing top is not the ultimate priority for any SL club, it's nice and all that but utterly meaningless unless you win the GF.



I think you've had a great season but your league position has given you a false sense of how good your team is, Huddersfield are not the best side in the competition they're not far off but they aren't there yet.

There were no neutral fans last night. And of course there should be plenty of posts about how proud you are, like I said on another thread in reply to brearley24 (who seemed to completely ignore what I said and referred to me as an arrogant t****r lol) you've had a great season and should be made up with with your achievements. And you will still be there or thereabouts next season.

Who's gloating? Leeds fans? I've not seen any Wire fans gloating, I'm certainly not gloating. I saw first hand how difficult a game that was and I know what it's like winning the LLS and then falling at the penultimate hurdle, we did the same thing in 2011.

I have been posting on there celebrating our win under difficult circumstances, but that shouldn't stop me from going on other teams forums and questioning their opinions. It is allowed in this day and age.

I don't understand where I have disrespected Huddersfield? The only thing being shown disrespect is my posts for having an opinion that differs from the norm on here. Luckily I don't give a flying fig.

All it proves is that you lot can't take a bit of debate and you are still sore about last nights result. I'm 110% that if you would have won that game, the Warrington forum would have been swarming with Huddersfield fans showing their "class", berating us for choosing you in the ClubCall etc.



This loss will make you a much better team, like hopefully our loss in last years final will have made us a much better team this GF around.
