Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Some elements of the new site are unfinished, such as; page numbering and quotations. We will fix these minor issues as soon as we can, please bear with us. I seem to remember we were the first side to use that stand as the works started part way through the season- as well as the (non) view the toilet facilities were woefully inadequate and the stewarding was appalling, they refused to allow me to take my daughter into the main stand to use the toilet facilities there insisting as the chemical toilets weren't big enough for us both to get in they insisted I let her go into a chemical toilet by herself (thats safe) or left the door open whilst she dropped her pants (really!) now I'd hope that following the mass of complaints from our fans (there were plenty - and you weren't the only one to receive no reply/acknowledgement Ivor) you'd hope that for subsequent matches they improved on that first visit for other sides who followed us. Unfortunately the damage had been done and KRs woeful management of those complaints did nothing to encourage us to return. KR simply failed to make the most of a bad situation and have lost revenue as a result.
