i'd be delighted to sign Clough and Ferres for next season - if next season was still 2005 !!!

Not sure about Clough but would love to get Ferres. A quality ball playing back rower who can do high minutes.

Since i've heard the rumour i've kept an eye on Ferres in the games i've seen on tv and highlights on SLTV. The amount of tackles he misses that let tries in are unforgivable. He's a half @rsed player who just puts an arm out as an attempt at tackling. Watch the Giants tries v Cas on SLTV for example.

Long before any rumour re Ferres i have watched him with interest. A big, highly mobile and skillful player.



His time at wakey and cas has been a waste with p*ss poor conditioning and second rate coaching in teams with third rate structures.



At the Giants, with interchanges likely to drop to 8, a Greg brown pre season + some quality coaching + better structures will show BF to be a quality player. Fingers crossed.

Ferres not an obvious signing that would spring to mind... but we have done well with improving players in the past so hope this turns out that way too ...if true.
