I don't think it will be purely fitness though. I think it is also a way of them earning their stripes to play in the team. Our lot had to slog their guts out and fight for a spot; why should any other player just stroll into the squad? Let them show the staff and players they want in big time first.

If I remember right didn't JK say Korki was the fittest player he'd seen when he went there, yet couldn't get in our team on a regular basis because he wasn't fit enough?

They don't have one, it's a 'Mr motivator' video they watch to get them into shape

They could have them weeding the terraces or painting the stand to keep em fit !!
