It's irrelevant, but £2k a week is also salary I was informed. As others have said, it still a bargain. Salford were interested, however from what I was told months back once Mozza agreed to play on for another year we couldn't risk another 35 year old prop on big wages and subsequently dropped any interest.

Take what you will from this, but I was told DB initial interest in MoiMoi was because it is his sons favourite player and it's also an early Christmas present for him! I don’t know how old is son is, or whether that's absolute rubbish - but what a present, not just for him but for every Leigh fan.



Also whilst there are always concerns when signing players of such an age, you only have to look at his playing record to see how fantastic it is. I expect him to rip the Championship to pieces (literally) in 2015.

Charlie having worked over there for 10 years in my old job, there is not anyone who can convince me that the two places I have mentioned are better than anywhere else in the borough, and I also have relatives in both places.

Its called opinions, I prefer my RL players to concentrate on RL, when they do that, they tend to become better players, what Paul does or doesnt do is irrelivant as far as I see it, I'd suggest if Mr Barlow ever wants to play SL and be considered a good SL player he follows Chris Hills example
