It did become a chicken barbecue shop but before you were born it was Ince's.



You kids today think you know everything.

Being a Born and Bred Leyther , CHARLIE KNOWS , i remember the Old Womans Toffee shop next door , do you remember Mrs Parkinsons shop ,on the Corner of Rydal St , and Winnies in Cook St?

Of course I do.



BTW re the toffee shop us kids way back then referred to her as one fingered Annie despite the fact she had all her fingers but only one thumb.



I think she was Polish.
