just been to the ground for my ticket for sunday and guess what there was a council wagon there the one that collects papers,were they working were they hell. one of em was buying tickets and chatting, an absolute disgrace, Wig*n Council is a joke what do we pay our council tax money for that's what I would like to know

took the dog out today round our estate and down the backs where the bin men walk and put the bins on the truck its like sheet ice, even the dog was struggling to stay up so i can see there point
