Aye, the 'take ticket, click button, put ticket on pile' cycle could get a tad confusing.

Noticed a queue at the ticket office at 2:45 but we walked straight in without any issue.

didn't have a problem getting in. Then again I got my ticket yesterday. Maybe people should learn that we are now in the 21st century and can not just turn up 30 mins before a game and expect 3 windows in a ticket office to serve 800 fans. Maybe come July they will get the message that this is the LSV and not Hilton Park. As with most things in life you either evolve or die.

I think the LSV should heed those words too.

Due to work commitments I could n`t get there until this afternoon to collect 2 ST. I`m not complaining because I knew there could well be queues..... You on the other hand have condemned anyone who for whatever reason could n`t arrange a prior visit.

Unfortuatley the LSV changed tac on the kids tickets after 20 odd had been given out



I picked up my daughters yesterday and was given a ticket for todays game , I was also told that the ' credit card ' type tickets would be ready for the haven game

Makes sense to me, would make a mockery of the system if some fans are using the swipe cards whereas some are using the vouchers.

Neither could I, so I arranged for someone to pick one up for me. Easy really. Then again it will be even easier when I pick up my swipe card/season ticket (sorry that should read arrange for someone to pickup on my behalf as I work 9-5 six days a week and don't want to be in line with a bunch of moaning Leythers at 2:45 on a Sunday)

So what would have happened if unlike yourself you had nobody to collect them.

Must say, it's a god send that the office is open until 6pm on a weekday as it means I can shoot down there after work, whereas previously I'd have had to book time off to sort these sorts of things out.

No leave left until 1st March.....

i went to the ticket office with a friend at about 1pm today and there was no queues then



why dont people get there a little earlier than normal and see the players warm up

sunday is the 7th day of the week and the ticket office is open earlier on match days

i was perplexed as to why there was not more turnstyles open for the west stand, but on saying that, we arrived at 2.45 and like glow said walked in no problem, so can;t complain, dam it i like it when i can complain, its not fair i can't complain about anything, even the team played well, unfair i'm sulking now.

Never said i worked 9-5 so don`t assume anything.........so sunday is the 7th day day ..well done sherlock........ :

I still think it is odd to have a ticket office area with no cover, good job it wasn't raining.



Payment machine for season tickets wasn't working so I will have to travel in again.

i got in the north stand no problem even though i turned up five mins after kick off due to work commitments but i did have my season ticket ticket when i picked this up i was given one for my son season ticket as well as a book of vouchers that i was told were for AWAY games and that we would be issued with a swipe card soon so why are people complaining that they couldnt get in to a HOME game with the voucher?

Because when my kids voucher books were collected we weren't given any tickets nor told we'd have to queue to exchange a voucher for a ticket on match day. My ticket in lieu of a swipe card was fine, it was the junior arrangements which weren't communicated properly
