he deffo has signed his contract begins on 1st of nov and was lodged with the rfl well before all the rubbish came out about hull keeping him he just didnt tell them he had signrd for us thats all n if he were to resign with them they would now have to pay a transfer fee !

Actually I think there's a cooling off period until 1st Nov if they or any other SL club wanted to come in for him and he wanted to go.

I have heard we have signed a scrum half and his name is on this thread.



Sure Aspinwall will be in our shirt next season and I'd put money on JT re-signing.

Coyle had a great last season with us in the champ but certainly better from 9 than 7 though he can be handy there. After signing Penky and still having a few young back ups would be a slightly odd move unless signed as a 7!

Cheeky lobby gits, get what your given and accept it, Coyle is a decent hooker at championship level.

We won't have signed Coyle as a hooker given our other options in that area.

I remember some widnes fans a season or 2 back saying why the hell did they get rid of Duffy letting him go while in the championship was a mistake with his quality. As for Gardner I thought Betts would of kept him in your opening SL season as a squad player as you was always going to get battered he would of be a good as covering player but he'd rather take the likes of leuluai instead

Matt's a beast at this level especially when coached properly

BTW I think Widnes didn't do that bad in your opening season despite your position but in alot of peoples opinions this league is by far the most entertaining division don't forget where you came from my mutant friends

Its a strange one. Brierley, Beswick, Ridyard, Nicholson, Penky, McNally seems more than plenty for 6,7,& 9.

You may be able to add Sam Powell to this list , ive heard he is coming next season .

Well the most pivotal positions in modern RL are 1 6 7 9 & 13 put that with a good pack and seems like we have a good season ahead.



Ryan (Kes) too' who we could play almost anywhere in the threequarters' it's looking good.

The reason I think we will be facing Wigan's first team squad on January 6 is that I understand PR and the Pie coach really get on.



We have had to form a partnership arrangement with them purely for DC players and nothing else. We can't get DC players from Wire or Saints because they have formed actual twinning arrangements with other Championship clubs.



That's not our fault as our club didn't ask the RFL to bring in this twinning idea and' it is the RFL who make the rules..

In Reporter PR says that the Leigh fans won't be disappointed with the DCs from Wigan .

Ive been told , one is Sam Powell , my Wigan friends speak very highly of him , and say he is going to be a very good player .

Where would we play him ?



We seem to have adequate cover in the position he plays ?



Barring injuries maybe we might not need any DC's.
