My mate keeps getting the as well, someone advertising "young hot Asian sl*ts in your area"..... I think it must be one of those smart adverts that picks up your favourite searches.

Please let us know what adverts are generating this and send screen grabs, as described above, and we will try and resolve the issues. The problems are that these only happen with some devices and some adverts, and then not all of the time.
