Very proud to be part of the Leigh family today.



Attending the funeral on behalf of the club was Derek Beaumont, Neil Jukes, Paul Anderson, Olly Wilkes, Martyn Ridyard & Ryan Brierley.



On behalf of the players association, Tommy Warburton, Tony Cooke, Roy Lester, Tony O'Neill and myself.



All 3 trophies were also in attendance - speaking to Dickie's family, I know he would have been very proud of his connections to Leigh Centurions. His Grandson was amazed at the support of the players association in our heritage year too.

I don't know Mr Breare or his family but due to the great work by the CPA and the interview on LCTV I will never forget him or what he did for his country and our rugby club.

Rest in peace Dick and enjoy the next season from the best seat in the house.
