Doesn't need to be. The facilities are obviously already there to do mailshots as that has been the case with the lottery etc, and the ticketing system has the facility to take the contact details of every person that buys a ticket - what's the point in having a modern system (that in itself will be modelled completely around data capture) if it isn't going to be used properly?

Can't argue matt, but as you know with this club, we always find a reason not to make the right decisions.
