just got off the phone with sky and now got 50% off my sky bill for the next 6 months.
I have today phoned Sky to complain as I had set mt sky plus box to record the match as I explained to a chap called craig it isn't in my nature to complain about anything but this was disgraceful so Craig then offered me free Sky talk for twelve months and also added sky documentaries to my package also free of charge which I reluctantly accepted
I have just spent 25 mins on the phone complaining that I was very upset at missing this game as I had set to record (forgot to mention I had set the 3 am slot to record)!!!
I have negotiated a 25% discount from my bill for the next 6 months
