We tried something similar with barrow a couple of years ago , they were fine with us paying for their fans to travel , but pulled a face when they were asked to do the same for ours

What is lacking at most matches ? , atmosphere , remember those 20 odd loonies from Swinton singing in the rain bare chested a few years back , they made the game that day , we need away fans , that is why ' derby ' matches are the most looked forward to

But if the Co-Op money is used for paying for the away fans' travel, then the funds aren't there to give out the freebies? Not saying that I disagree with you, as you well know from when we've talked about previously, but trying to look at it from the clubs' (or more to the point accountant's) point of view. | | |
