Fits in perfectly too our pack... Watched a lot of Catalans home games this season. Always stood out for me as very quick around the ruck area, always good at spotting lazy defenders. He will have been the 5th Frenchman to have signed for the club over the years following Bentley, Courtourier, Pala and Maria.

I do not deny any of the above re. Pelissier.I will only say a,that I have never seen him successfully release the ball by a pass after a break or play the ball quickly and b, look at the resume of the Warrington v. Catalans match this season to see the damage he can do to his own team .The Dragons',President publically ,and I'm view rightly ,rebuked him and ,I'm sure ,decided not to give him a new contract.In short he is too much an individual not a team player. As I said I hope a new club will change him and get the sense of foolish "gloire" out of him.I should add that the French fans love him and ,in my view ,that that was a major part of the problem.Good Luck.

I'm sure the experience of Higham can only assist Pelissier and turn him into one of the greats of the game.If he is willing to listen he has a great future ahead of him at the Centurions.Often a change in club and environment brings the best out of players.Only time will tell on that point.
