What a total waste of time this fixture was we will put out our reserve team against a near full strength Widnes side that win or loose means absolutely nothing and pay for the privlidge, unless we win of course which will mean Widnes really are up creak I would sooner stay at home eat even more turkey.
What we need is Widnes in superleague and bring back proper derby's thats what i miss.

I won't argue with your last sentence!
While I agree, the reason they do this is to get some revenue in the off season when there is only merchandise and season ticket sales coming from the fans. Plus by Xmas we'll all be missing our fix that much that we'll end up going if only to get out the house on Boxing Day! |
