Looking through the NW Crusaders team, there seemed to be a few from Widnes. Who would you rate from your current crop of youngsters at U18 and 20 ?

I think Jack Owens is a great young talent with a great future , Alex gerrard up and coming prop rough tough , Josh Crawley great prop second row big strong think he was at wolves , under 18s Lewis hume hooker hard working player , john rigby hard and tough forward ... unlike wolves were still finding our feet in this division but had some good results and its about building for the future

Id like to see Liam hulme down here belive hes been released hes a tough cookie ,see hes been on loan to scorpians and young Bobby goulding if you have to many well have them

James Medieka is the U20s captain. You are right about every other aspect of Jordan Burke's game; solid under the high ball, cracking one-on-one defender and pretty pacy too.



I do like the look of Jack Owens, I saw play against the Australians end of last year, he had a great game.

Bobby Goulding has signed for Wakefield and Liam Hulme for Swinton. I am surprised that Widnes have not signed more players for next year - unless they have simply not announced it yet.

Think we will struggle again next year we need strength in depth , I personally see more behind the Paul Cullen moving on senario too difficult if you cant attract players , Im for sure not going to be season ticket holder next year unless i can see an improvement in player quality .
