I do love a bit of foreign cinema, though haven't seen much new lately. The Mesrine movies were fantastic, very cool.

What's most disturbing is that somebody actually dreamt that up and proceeded to make a film of it.

Ah, Claude Berri! Great films. If you like those, find 'Germinal' with Gerard Depardieu, Miou-Miou and Renaud, by the same director.

I forgot Les Valseuses- fantastic film.

I once, slightly bizarrely, took a bird on a date to watch Les 400 Coups by Truffaut. It took her three more months to dump me, but at least she was more cultured than when I found her...though she said rugby league was rubbish, so maybe she was just irredemable anyway

Dead Snow is...ok...gets a little silly towards end.
