Maybe having 3 hookers does improve us as a squad as the options available have increased dramatically at least until Myler is big enough to cope with being a target for the big boys.

I don't think he is a different player under Smith. That is just something people hide behind when they are wrong about a player.

There seems to be an awful lot of humble pie on the menu regarding Jon Clarke. And on behalf of TANCW and the rest of us who always saw Clarke's ability & contribution "we told you so"!

He's just a very solid player, a solid bloke I reckon. Whatever job he's asked to do for the team, he'll do. Even if that is warm the bench for 80 mins at Wigan.

For him & Paul Wood, I'm delighted.

I have always supported this player on here but even I am surprised at how well he is playing after such a long break. He looks reborn and his decision making and reading of the game is superb.
