I dunno....Listening to the beeb's yoof output (Radio 1, 1 extra, BBC 3, etc), it seems to me that you have to be either gay, female, or of ethnic origin to get anywhere in that organisation, certainly fitting the leftie. PC stereotype that some have of the BBC.
