A Giraffe gets more kip than me these days, 23 years of shift work, Three kids and a wife make sure of that.

My bed time depends on what shift i`m on, 6-2 or 6-6 days, bed at 11, up at 5, 2-10, bed at midnight, up at 6.30, 10-6 or 6-6 nights, bed at 8am up at 12, (if im lucky)..

... and if you're not on set etc, yeah.
