Thought he gave penalties away that could have let hudds back in

He did, it was the usual type of penalties as well where he has a second attempt or just generally messing around in the tackle for too long. His work rate is top drawer and he runs himself into the ground, he just needs to stop the messing about at the tackle after the hard work has already been done.

Question is, will he ever learn!

To be fair hes good at slowing down the play for us. It pays off the majority of the time but occasionally hes gets pinged for it.



He doesn't do it because he "never learns" its a deliberate tactic to help the defensive line.
