If anyone is looking for digs for the Cup Final weekend I've got a number of rooms available at the Express by Holiday Inn at Swiss Cottage for Friday & Saturday nights at £50pp per night inc continental breakfast (based on 2 sharing). The hotel is across the road from Finchley Road Tube station (one stop from Wembley Park).

We're at the Holiday Inn Express at Watford junction.
Next to the train station: the line takes you straight to Wembley (15 mins) and also in to London (25 mins) if you want a night out there.
£45 total for double room incl breakfast.
Not bad.
