Dont watch the second half, and of course the gob$hite Offiah will say Myler had a great game despite playing in a very poor Salford team.

Ratchford for me was again the stand out Salford player, first half we played some good rugby off loading in the tackle, although we could have been down if Warrington had taken there chances in the first half, never felt safe even at half time.

Ref made 3 totally wrong decisions just after half time two resulting in two trys for Warrington.

After that we watched a Salford side who's players did not care enough, I have seen it before; players who have been tapped up & are leaving the club at the end of the season or have not been offered a new contract next just did not care enough. I would rather see the youngsters given a chance at least they will battle & give there best.



McRae I don't rate but we cannot afford to get rid of him as we have no money, lets hope one of the youngsters can step up to the plate.

Changes for next week, don't bet on it?

is there any point in any of us turning out on friday against wakefield to watch a team who as nothing to play for and who's players dont even show any commitment and dont look interested one bit.. also with a coach who refuses to change a losin team...



would like to see fitzy back in the team friday as changes need to be done and y not give one our youngsters a run owt lewis palfy playin good for the reserves

For next week he must drop the following

Smith,Sibbett,Myler,Sidlow(unfortunately gone backwards)

And bring in Vaughan, Palfry, Walton, and Turner.

Big Phil on from the start Stappo to the bench.

Put Wilshere on the wing Vaughan at full back Stef and Palfry as the half backs.

Henry and Walton in the centres.

Turner at hooker if fit and Alker second row.

Christ what have we got to lose, no relegation and surely those players can put in a better performance than what we saw in the second half.

If no changes are made expect a crowd of 2k on Friday.

Unfortunately nothing is likely to improve for Salford until you have the increased revenue available from the new stadium. I don't blame McRae, your players are simply not good enough, and you don't have the budget to employ better ones.

How can you say Sidlow has gone backwards, he has come on immensly now he is getting a run in the team, he looks to offload whenever he can

He is not the same player I saw last year and his mistake today for one of the Warrington trys was poor to say the least.

The whole pack today in the second half was at fault, but Sidlow unfortunately looked the worst in a very bad display.

second half today the likes of carvell,westwood and morley battered sislow,sibbit and stappo.Sidlow in general is a hope for the future for us,but fair enough today he had an off day and having the biggest fairy in ste nash playing alongside him in the forwards didnt help matters!!where has walton gone too??

Are players are not good enough? Funnily enough when they play good we can beat Leeds, Staints and Huddersfield the top 3 yet are players are not good enough? Its being played out on place and lack of discipline from some.

A few freak positive results don't mask a whole season's mediocrity. At the end of the year the league table won't lie, and Salford will be in the bottom three.

...and Warrington will be mid table.

If someone like Stephen O'Connor has bought Widnes, surly there someone will buy Salford with a brand new stadium coming along.

Really? Wilky's been saying for years that if someone out there is willing to come in and sink money into the club and have it's best interests at heart, then he'll step aside and let them take over.

Players wages they have to top up due to pi$$ poor crowds,no income from the ground, very little Sky money, just money out and nothing back.

Yes I am sure there are loads of people wanting to buy the club.

O'Connor bought the club not the ground, Salford would cost a hell of a lot more, and would require a massive investment in the new stadia.

It's an old adage in Rugby League that forwards do not come good until they are 30 years old. Like most olds says, it is based on a lot of truth.



I believe Sidlow, Nash, Jewit, Walton and Adamson are a bit younger. Therefore I expect that for most contacts, forwards like "Carvell, Westwood and Morley" to come out on top. That these players are doing as well as they have shown is (for me) the best thing to come from this season.



Sid is doing well.

O`Connor bought a debt free Widnes for the Administrators fee leaving all the old creditors unpaid. Salford have never been in Administration so any buyer will have to fork out a `going concern` price which will be in a completely different league to the O`Connor deal.



As GT and others allude I am sure that JAW would gladly do business with anybody with the wherewithall to repay Directors Loans, Creditors and Finance the Club for a few years.
