I've not been on social media to check what the Doc said, but going off this thread, all he has said is that we are going to sign four more players, not that our salary cap hasn't been reduced. We may well sign four more players, but that we could very well still be operating within the new cap.
Look at the number of players we have released and think about the size of contract they must have been on? Paterson, Chase, Hansen, Locke and hock alone must have been the sum total of at least £600,000, possibly/probably more. Then there is Morley, Taylor,and Tasi on top of that. With the exception of Morley and Taylor, we could easily find better value for money than all of those players.

Anyone know how many if any quota spots we have left? Also I'd hate to say Hood go coz I think he can only get better, but then then leaves questions about who is going to be our number one hooker. I still think we need some more experience in the squad overall, which I hope/sure Tim is aware of, but with our restricted salary cap/finance will it allow it I don't know.
Anyone any idea who they think has a good chance of coming in? Cheers guys
