Strange timing this. I presume the apparent breaches of contract have been going on for a while as he has already previously submitted a transfer request, yet upon being dropped he has decided to resign, at a time where he can't play for another club until next season anyway.

What happened to the threatened legal action if Gareth Hock played against you? What happened to the legal action against Tony Puletua about unpaid wages? What happened to the legal actioned threatened against Kevin Locke? What is happening to Iestyn Harris now his sick note has run its course and he is fit for work again? Yes of course what's the latest position regarding Theo?

Kevin Lockes tribunal was adjourned to a later date, Tony Puletua is on-going, Harris has agreed a severance deal and they're awaiting a date for the Theo tribunal.
