Correct.
The rule change is regularly applied and the ref had plenty of thinking time.
There's no way he made a mistake.
I'd have been gutted had we conceded one like that but he grounded the ball in a tackle and didn't then play the ball.

I'm sorry but I know the ref's have mics ect but as on the sky game if he did not here held I'm as wealthy as mk... He clearly and loudly (the ref) shouts held as Josh Griffin had clearly made the tackle (ball carrying arm on the deck with his leg being held) and escare thinks it's okay to get up and run an extra 10 meters. I think not. 100% a penalty and to be honest whilst there were a few bad decisions probably the best reffed game I've seen this year he was fair and consistent also if you were watching on sky he had warned Catalan a few times for moving of the mark as in shouting watch the mark
