Now I want to assure you, THIS event is for positivity only, I don't care about past grudges or failings. THIS is my club and i won't sit back and do nothing.
Salford City Reds is the heart of the community, and has been a part of Salford folklore since 1891.
We are currently at threat of losing our existence and entering into administration.
I am calling all Salfordian's whether you Love Rugby League or not, we cannot afford to lose another piece of Salford heritage , I know that we are "Salt of the earth" kind of people and loyal to our City now lets show the rugby league and sporting community that we will keep the Red Flag flying high Salford Rugby will never die, Salford City Reds will live on for another 140 years ...With YOUR support .
Friday 4th January 7pm Onwards, St Bonifaces, Lower Broughton Road, M7 2GE
Present Players and Past players will hopefully be in attendance, Live music, Hot and Cold Food, Hopefully Big Screen showing Past matches Auction of various prizes and memorabilia .Stefan Ratchford has donated his Super League Grand Final Shirt to be auctioned and all proceeds will be going to the Save Our Salford appeal.
Lets show the true Salford Spirit,

Louise set about organising last nights event, as like me decided she couldn't just sit & do nothing for our club. After appealing for pledges/donations,Louise stated she couldn't do that so set about organising an event to raise much needed funds for the SOS campaign.
I have already posted a massive well done for her efforts she was brilliant in pulling everyone & everything together in such a short space of time, & her enthusiasm for the Salford Reds is commendable.
I don't think F/Reds have taken any credit for the event last night as it was all Louise's initiative that did it.
