I'm pretty sure you still had to pay for the match pass on top of the DD. Maybe £50 early bird, £70 later. I seem to remember a few people not happy with the way it was advertised:

hypothetically speaking ... if the Club go into administration and fold, where do I stand on having a 5-year fully paid season ticket? Do I just lose the money or will I be able to get this back?

I suspect you would be an unsecured creditor - ie at the bottom of the list to get anything back - however let's look on the bright side, the club isn't going to fold is it!!!!

Does anybody know what rights as a consumer I would have for a refund on such an advanced purchase, whilst the Club is still operational?



I'd ask the Club but there was no answer when I rang yesterday!



I hope the Club doesnt fold, but it's quite a large sum of money to risk and I'm not much of a gambling man!



I will happily re-purchase my season ticket next season at 2013 prices, if we have one, so they stand to make extra money out of me, win win for all

The saving grace maybe if you have paid with a credit card. I'm no expert, but if that is the case and you have paid for services which have not been delivered then I think you can get the credit card company to pay out. It might be worth researching that or asking them the question directly.
