To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. When you buy something from a shop you are entering into a legally binding contract. Therefore they don’t have to give you a refund simply because you have changed your mind. Only if one of your statutory rights is breached (i.e. that the item is damaged, of poor quality or not fit for purpose) do they have to give you your money back.

seriously , the contract is for access to the ground & it's facilities , to watch 14 home games + any of the described extra's etc etc ,
they haven't broken any agreement , you/ we are free to cancel DD agreements giving a period of notice , however any upfront payments ( £50 season pass ) they have no volition to return .

Bit extreme for a refund imo.
Will wait to see how the club react to the news and see who gets put in charge!
but have paid for everything and know I will miss it if I don't go.
