legally "no" as Warrington is a Unitary Authority. It moved to Cheshire from Lancashire to avoid being put into Merseyside or Greater Manchsester in 1974 and later became a Unitary authority thus leaving Cheshire. Not that it has ever been certain of its heritage as it was (is) a "partnership new town" (remember Eileen Bilton). He was just as bad last night alowing holding down and not straight and then he would decide to pull someone up, "high" tackles on the chest, and moving a handover ten yards forward from the line, missing two blatant forward passes which resulted in Crusaders dropping the ball in front of the line and he awards a 20 yard tap.
