Beating Wigan in the Challenge Cup, after they had remained undeafeated in 9 years in the comp.



We were massive underdogs and I am sure Mr Andy Gregory was mamnger at the time

Wigan in the cup all day everyday and twice on Sundays. Still got the video and watch it regularly. Strangest thing though was seeing the M10 bus go past he ground while the game was on. I thought time had stood still at the time.

i think all those games are good but i enjoyed the first game of the 06 season beating wire at the HJ with no fit halves i think it set our season up

had we not won there i think the season may have had a different outcome

for me i'd say rather the final against celtic last season or leeds on easter monday!

For me I reckon it has to be Salford v Halifax in the 2nd division Premiership final at old trafford in 1991, a fantastic game with an amazing atmosphere and a massive following of Salford fans, a great victory (first time I'd witnessed Salford lift a trophy at a final), a wonderful sunny day and a great punch-up at the end! That game will live with me forever.



The only game that will ever emulate that is a trip to Wembley (win or lose)!
