Nah , only leeds had players missing today.

Got 6 out of 6 on the Leeds board, can't believe anybody backed the teams coming back from Australia.

I do the trip once a year and it's not as bad as it used to be.....the Super Rugby guys here are given strict diets and instructions on hydration during their flights and I'd be stunned if Wigan/FC didn't get advice.......

Though 3 rounds Saints still look the team to beat. After that who knows..... Wakefield have 3 wins but against teams expected to finish in the bottom 4. How long will Catalan go before getting a new manager in.....

Hopefully at least one more week

I'm surprised that Leeds got even close with all those players missing.

Widnes had half a team missing too.....

Wigan , Hull & Leeds all lost after playing games down-under . Did all 3 teams travel down there together.

And Widnes had no injuries? So the mighty Leeds have 8 players missing and they can't beat woefull Widnes. Leeds clearly lack strength in depth because I reckon weedy Wakefield could give Widnes a game with 8 players missing, maybe even a win.



Do Leeds actually ever have 17 fit players? I think they need to revise their training and medical care.

Their training facilities were waterlogged 2 years ago, maybe that had something to do with it.

More to do with us being daft enough to rush over to Aus and back to get our backsides handed to us by a team who has a massively bigger salary cap just so some fans can have a jolly abroad.

In fairness, Leeds should have gone over to play the WCC but, Wigan and Hull FC, although filling their pockets with gold, appear to have made money at the expense of 2 SL points.

Perhaps, they are so confident of making the top 4 that it wont matter but, equally, 2 points could be huge come the business end of the season.

Just imagine if we were daft enough to "invite" Perth to join SL

Not at all difficult to imagine a scenario where at least one of Leeds, Hull or Wigan misses out on top 4. Not inconceivable that we all could. 2 points could indeed be huge.



That said, Widnes are making a habit of outplaying us at their place, with or without a trip down under thrown in.

Our loss had nothing to do with the trip down under, it was to do with us playing some really stupid rugby!!

You may be right but, all 3 clubs that ventured down under lost games that, under normal circumstances, they may have expected to win. Probably just coincidence

Very much coincidence with us and I wouldn't blame it for Leeds's loss either. Widnes are no mugs this season and will take a few scalps, especially with the injuries Leeds have. I would say there's only Wigan who looked fatigued.

we would almost certainly have lost at Cas anyway, but i tend to agree with you - at least one of the three will not make the 4 this year
