Mogg is a better player throughout the year but Greseque has played very well against England, as well as Mogg plays in the halves for Catalans. Overall I'd rate Mogg as a better player but Greseque would be my first choice for internationals. Is there even a local team in Paris? If not then I'm not sure I see trhe point of playing there. Surely it'd be better to have it played somewhere that a local team could benefit from.

France is like England. If it doesn't happen in the capital it doesn't exist. So you need to promote the game in the Capital.
