The problem with us is that we have an inate ability to be sh*te. It doesn't seem to matter who the personnel are or who the coach is we never seem to move forward. We had one great year under Harrison, it was an honour to watch that team, so much fight in them and hard work. The next season relegation!!



Im so disillusioned after tonights game. Its not the result but the complete lack of effort by 90% of the players tonight that upsets me. McRae is the wrong man for the job. We need a young hungry coach who has something to prove to take control and put some pride back into the club. So much enthusiasm at the start of season has completely disappeared in 160 mintes of rugby!



I've been watching Salford for 15+ years and I honestly don't think we've made any progress at all during that time. Hopefully the new stadium will be the start but at the minute I'm nothing but fearful for our future.



I'm basically rambling now, sorry!

Salford were dreadful tonight, their defence was absolutely appalling. If anything, the scoreline flattered them as Saints certainly took their foot off the gas in the last 20-25 minutes.

once they get their new ground sorted theyll be a fine SL club



the RFL gave lots of clubs chances last time to build their grounds, its not an easy thing to do

Massively splits opinion at Trinity. Many want him to stay and may want him to go. Although he's had a raw deal this season and last with things out of his control, since the departure of Brough the team has looked woefully inadequate as results and perhaps more tellingly performances have shown.

It's still very early in the season but the signs certainly aren't encouraging. I thought Salford migh kick on this season with the sigings they've made. There is time but I'm of the opinion that Salford need this new stadium and they need it to work within the next 3 years.

Personally don't rate McRae as a coach and wasn't impressed with the influx of signings except one or two. That said, when bringing in so many players it will always take time for the team to gel. If after 6 or 7 rounds they're still not upto speed then it's time to go.
