Phelps to Hull confirmed on a one year deal. Hope he gets on well there, thought he did a good job in the Wigan side at the start of last season but lost his place through injury and never got it back for whatever reason.

he's a very underrated player, personally i think Hull have done a great bit of business here, he's better than Tansey and they've probably got him for less |
