a supposedly poor game is better than no game! have setanta confirmed that 2 games will be back from round starting 29th May? the cherryandwhite tv listing has it up from then, but cant find anything about setanta saying so?

This seems to confirm that Setanta have some cash flow problems, news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/8032371.stm I would be very surprised if we were to see 2 games a week from the end of the month. They have even sunk to new lows this coming weekend with not one NRL game at all. We do have the ANZAC test on Friday morning but at the expense of the Saturday morning game.

I have just cancelled my subscription - threatened them with ofcom and so far so good - however check out www.aussiesport.tv - ALL the NRL games streamed for £4.99 per month - plus highlights and the fox shows I can live with watching them 24 hours late for that...

i've read those links the digital spy one is the most interesting terms and conditions section 8 (B). if you are very abusive to them or their agents they have the right to canel the contract with only 7 days notice. call if they fob you off abuse the numpty on the phone get it cancelled

It is delayed. There isn't a 5:30pm (8:30am UK) game this week hence the change.

From doing that page I know Setanta are evil when it comes to scheduling. It was down to be 10pm but they've slotted some NBA Basketball in. Makes sense doesn't it. I mean theres only an American sport channel in the Setanta Sports pack but no we won't put it on that lol.



They change at such short notice all the time. Radio Times for example as it down to be broadcast at midnight.

A cracking contest so far - though the refs have missed a few high shots and one attack to the head on Soward while he was on the floor.

Hmm, very, very tough video ref decision against the Dogs. Disappointing as a rugby league fan.



With 20 seconds remaining, Dragons lead 20-18, when Patten makes a break and offloads to Idris who claims a try. Video ref then says no-try, citing obstruction. As bad, if not worse than the no-try given to Slater in the Test last week.



Must be shattering for the Doggies, who never led the match.



Some Dogs' fans ruined it a bit by throwing bottles onto the field, but stopped once Kimmorley and Hannant waved their arms at the crowd, urging them to cut it out.



A good, extremely competitive game ruined by refereeing.
