Can't find a link but BBC breakfast sports news announced RU are considering scrapping promotion/relegation in favour of a three year phase. The idea is that it will allow clubs to stabalise and build up squads.........the a mini play-off would be introduced between the bottom premiership club and the top second tier club...............I wonder where I've heard this before?????????
