Houston has a quick look straight ahead where bentham is, he doesn't alter his course one iota. You sound like a muppet motorist, they crash into shizzle all the time and claim they didn't see anything and yet the law just like the rules of RL say it's your responsibility to not hit things you ought not to. That this isn't the first time AND he has an obvious look it's not just reckless it's deliberate.
It IS a deliberate action, he made a deliberate decision not to alter his course despite having looked ahead/where Bentham was, he had about 18metres to make a decision and didn't do squat.
I suppose if your wife or child are slammed into the back of by a motorist who looks but carries on anyway and causes them harm you'll be well it was just an 'accident'
Make players think more about their actions just as the justice system and police should make motorists think more about their actions, that isn't by bottling it with a light sentence.
