A quick question to the experts here on the VT in the field of drugs and mental health issues (in particular the Wakey fans) - why has it taken so long to sentence Adam Walker ? His alleged misdemeanor was well before Zak's and the same time as Rangi Chase who has been handed a two year ban. What's the hold up ?

Of only he had the presence of mind to claim that he could not take the test because he thought that the water provided could have been tampered with.
