Wakefield have had their cup finals - relegating Cas twice and then the million pound game last year. I'd suggest they've had more lucky escapes than many other teams have had enjoyable seasons. Teams like Salford haven't had anything to crow about over the last couple of decades. They've had the relegations that Wakefield haven't had and zero finals/lucky escapes - that's much rougher than constantly magicking yourself out of relegation as Wakefield have managed season after season.



So in SL, Salford have probably had it worse than Wakefield. Outside of SL you can take your pick - every team (with the exception of Bradford) have had it rougher than Wakefield. If Wakefield had ever been relegated, maybe their fans would appreciate that rather than whinging about constantly being the bottom feeders of SL.
