I've been ringing -0844 847 2013 to purchase my world cup tickets for 3 days running now with no answer. To book tickets you press option 1 which they pick up but for option 2 for disabled supporters (which is me) they don't. So I try option 1 to speak to someone but they can't sort my carers ticket out & they tell me I have to use option 2 to sort it. I've explained no one is picking up but they said they must be busy & to try again but 3 days later still no joy. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I suspect that option 1 diverts straight through to Ticketmaster, whereas option 2 diverts to a small desk at Red Hall.



I've had to call customer services a couple of times (option 3) and they 'eventually' pick up.

I called into the Leigh Sports Village today to book a disabled spot with carer for the Tonga v Cook Islands match. The lady couldn't do it on her computer as it wasn't an option but she very kindly rang the RFL. Not sure what option she pressed but it took a few minutes for someone to answer but when they did it was sorted very quickly.

I've been phoning up to get tickets for the last couple of weeks but I have been ringing relentlessly for 4 days & still no one picks up. I've passed my details on to ticket master on option 1 where they have supposedly emailed the appropriate department yesterday & today & I still haven't spoke to anyone or have my world cup tickets

bet the phone line will be chocka now after today result
