What he has done is turn an average team who were pushing for the play offs into a top 4 team who are now considered contenders every year,and done it with a base of young british talent a lot of who were picked up from other clubs or through our academy system, has them playing a style of rugby that is good to watch,and has brought us some respect in the game which we haven't had for 50 years.
