Personally I hate it when I hear a chant with the word "scum" in it, from any team directed at any other team.

There's nothing wrong with a cleverly thought out humorous chant. Mocking goes on at most matches, "We can see you sneaking out " to the fans of the team getting leathered, "Can we play you every week ?", as you run in your tenth try of the game(not Bradford of course) against your nearest rivals. Having a go, but in a lighthearted way. I'll be there like thousands of others on Friday night, my cheeky song won't send Bradford out of business but my money may just help them survive. Do you seriously expect me not to mock Bradford fans when they stand up and cheer for the opposition in Grand Finals and C.C finals or when the message boards are full of Bradford fans saying they hope Australian teams give us a good hiding in the World Club Challenge ? It works both ways and as long as nobody is being punched or called scum etc I don't see what your problem is.

The problem is the negativity that is all over this board and the terraces, why are fans more interested in abusing the opposition than cheering their own team? why is we all hate Leeds sang at every ground? why are the fans of the super league champions more likely to sing about saints' old trafford failings and bradford's business plan than their own success?

it's one of the reasons the fans wont come together as one anymore for internationals and to a lesser extent other RL events.

Put it to bed, leave the childish and negative attitude and chanting at home and cheer on your own team or stay quiet.

There's some absolute shockers at the moment, all using that awful tune (beach boys apparently) that started in football. I can't watch a match without hearing it. Worst I heard was Leeds fans singing we'll win from eeeeeiggggttthhhh
