Agree completely, if this is to be played it should be in addition to proper internationals against proper countries. I'd prefer us to avoid playing it at all and play PNG, France, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa anyone basically. This is a nothing game that will hopefully go the same way as the execrable Roses matches

How about we offer 20% of the gate money to the All-Star Man of the Match - even if it's a 12,000 gate, all paying around about 10 quid, it'll still be a lot of money for the player. Or, offer half the gate money to the winning team?

or make it to charity and appeal to their more sensitive side!

The motivation will be there for the 'Other Nations' trust me who ever think's otherwise is kidding themselves (there are 2 way's of thinking about this 1 -it'll be many players only senior Rep jersey and 2- it'll be many of the Australians last Rep jersey ever).

For it to really benefit England the 'Other Nations' has to be as strong as possible
