Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. Some elements of the new site are unfinished, such as; page numbering and quotations. We will fix these minor issues as soon as we can, please bear with us. If you are having problems logging in, please try a different browser or platform, if problems persist then email support@rlfans.com

| Quote JB Down Under="JB Down Under"Is it just England or is France getting some games?
Group games: Hull (KC), Wigan, Hudds, Leeds (Headingly),Doncaster, Wrexham, Perpignan, Toulouse
Semis: Manchester & Elland Road
Final: Wembley
Lets have some faith in our sport for a change and really push with cheap tickets, free jnrs, club deals etc to fill the grounds. Ground criteria should be min 15K for group games and 30K for semis'"
Doubt wether the football clubs will allow either Wigan or Hull to be used as it will be during the football season. Especially Wigan after the criticisms of their pitch. The new Saints ground will be a certainty.

| Quote jim00="jim00"Frankly, unless the economic climate gets loads better, you can forget London - certainly for families. The cost of getting to London and then the ground is prohibitively high. Not fortgetting that you can watch it on the TV at home (in 3D by then), or, if you want more atmosphere, in the pub!'"
But if Australia are playing NZ... it's fair to say the vast majority of supporters will either be Aussies or Kiwis. It's unlikely many poms would want to come along anyway.
Most Aussies and Kiwis live in London...so we dont have to worry about the cost of getting here.
So why play the fixture anywhere other than in London? If its played somewhere up north it just means the Aussies and Kiwis have to travel.

The opinion that people have that all Aussies and Kiwis in London work behind a bar is completely untrue.
Its like the rumour that the English are terrified of soap and water and refuse to shower more than once a fortnight.
I know the English have a shower once a week whether they need one or not

That makes 12/14.

| Quote Barry_McKenzie="Barry_McKenzie"Still waiting for someone to tell me why having the Aus v NZ game anywhere else other than London would be a good idea?
I think i'll be waiting a long time.'"
TBF they should have it at wembley, they is far more cubicles at that stadium then any other. Thus making it more conveinent for the Aussies who like to over themselves.
